The rules state that all air must enter through the throttle body . All ECU cars use some sort of throttle by pass to control idle. The letter addresses that oversite with" must retrain OE throttle system or be eliminated entirely ".

I put in a letter to allow flashing rain lights. Sorta like the rest of the world. The low mounted stock OE running lights will be dim at racing speed. The high mounted red flasher will be much more visible. IMHO.

The VW Rabbit is twin carb 1600 at 1845# ( set LR at Watkins glen at old weight ) BMW 1600. is @ 2000# Toyota Corolla is 2050 with a live axle. The VW and BMW handle way better than the Toy. I asked for weight reduction.. 100#s would be nice. Easy math . ?
