The letter submission system is a CRB function, not a BOD function. The BOD oversees the CRB.
Your letter should have been directed at your BOD reps, with an agreement that they would pursue it further.

I think it's unfair (and untrue) to assert that the org deems them "not worthy". But you are correct that with the demise of F600 and FF getting moved to run with FC, that left FV with a too-small group and cars that could not be sorted into any other group.
